If your family does not have dental insurance, signing up for our Membership Plan is a practical way to keep your child’s dental care on track without the complexity of a traditional insurance policy. Rather than navigating premiums, deductibles, and coverage limits, the plan offers a simple, transparent way to access necessary care and keep costs predictable throughout the year. It removes the guesswork that often comes with figuring out how to pay for dental visits, so families can focus on their child’s health rather than paperwork or unexpected bills.
The plan is designed to make routine and ongoing dental care more manageable for households of any size, whether your child needs a single cleaning or a more involved treatment plan over time. Instead of piecing together coverage from different sources, everything is handled in one place, through one straightforward membership.
Skip the Insurance, Not the Care
If you do not have dental insurance, it makes sense to sign up for our Membership plan:
All membership plans include:
- Necessary X-rays (excludes panoramic radiograph)
- Discounts on all dental treatment
- In-house financing at 0% interest up to 3 months (if>$500)
This is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan, exclusions apply.
- It cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan, dental insurance, or financing program.
- This plan is only honored at Fox Pediatric Dentistry. It cannot be used at any other dental or specialist office.
- This plan cannot be used for hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind.
Member limitations
- Any unused services within the patient membership are nontransferrable to other plan members regardless of the service.
- Any missed appointments or cancellations not made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged a cancellation fee.
- Any payments are due in full at the time services are rendered.
- No refunds.
