Meet Dr. Vidhee Shah
Dr. Vidhee Shah is a Chicago native who grew up in the northwest suburbs—proudly cheering on the Bears along the way.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Illinois Chicago before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry. She then returned to the University of Illinois Chicago to complete her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry, along with a Master of Science in Oral Sciences.
Dr. Shah feels grateful for the opportunity to care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. She is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care while helping each child feel comfortable and at ease.
Inspired in part by her own childhood dental experiences, she understands how early visits can shape a child’s perspective on oral health. Her goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and even excited to return. She values building trusting relationships with families and believes that small, consistent steps in prevention and education can have a meaningful, lasting impact on a child’s overall health and confidence.
Outside the office, Dr. Shah enjoys exploring Chicago’s vegetarian-friendly food scene, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She looks forward to helping children and families feel confident in their smiles while making each visit at Fox Pediatric Dentistry a positive experience.
